Hi, I'm Liz and I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor. I help adults and children/young people to feel less stressed/anxious, more confident, and more connected to themselves and others.
I have additional experience and training in supporting clients of all ages with grief/loss. I also have specialist Place2Be training to work with children/young people.
My practice is trauma-informed, neuro-affirmative and LGBTQ+ friendly. As a member of a multicultural family, I am culturally sensitive.
I have a comfortable, well-equipped therapy space in Staines TW18, and also work online across the UK.
